About Love Food Hate Waste

R&CA has developed this micro-credential to equip hospitality professionals with knowledge and information on increasing the awareness of scope, sale and impacts of food waste in NSW and actions to avoid waste. This project is NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) Waste Less Recycle More initiative funded from the waste levy. Please note** This course is only available to residents or business owners based in NSW. This course will help you:

  • Understand how to create an internal food waste audit and apply it to your business

    This is a micro credential and not accredited training. It covers the basic understanding of cinnamon and cassia.

  • How long do I have to undertake the training?

    You will have access to the course and training for 3 months.
