This application is for those businesses who are not members but whose existing Gold Licence has recently expired or is coming up for renewal shortly. The Gold Licence is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, if your Gold Licence has expired for a period of more than 6 months you are required to complete the full re-assessment. Who should use this application?
Businesses who are not RCA members whose Gold Licence is coming up for renewal
Non RCA members whose licence has expired for a period of not more than 6 months from the expiry of the last licence for the business

application for your renewal should take less than 30 minutes to complete provided you have access to all your documents. Our team aim to check all documents within 48 business hours and provide feedback. Under exceptional circumstances this may take longer.
You will have access to the course and training for 90 days.
We have a team of trainers and assessors who are here to help you through your training. Please call 1300 722 878 and ask for the Training Department
If a document or evidence is rejected you will be given opportunity to resubmit within the 90 day period. Our team are here to help and assist you.
Your Gold Licence will last for one year therefore you must renew annually.
No refunds are available for this application should you fail to meet the criteria or fail to complete in 90 days you will be required to fully apply again including paying the appropriate fees.
